Avataari provides a platform for creating AI-powered digital clones that preserve your wisdom, personality, and knowledge. Our services include:
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You retain all ownership rights to the content you upload. By using our services, you grant us a limited license to process and store your content solely for the purpose of providing our services.
Avataari and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
By enabling the voice cloning feature, you confirm that:
Voice synthesis is powered by ElevenLabs. Your voice data is transmitted to ElevenLabs under a data processing agreement. By using voice cloning you also agree to be bound by the ElevenLabs Terms of Service as they apply to end users of their API.
You may delete your voice model by removing your voice sample from your profile and deallocating it from all avatars, or by deleting your account. Deletion removes the model from ElevenLabs within a commercially reasonable timeframe. Once deleted, your avatar will no longer speak in your voice.
Your avatar's responses are generated by a third-party AI model, the Google Gemini API, using the content you provide (your messages, stories, documents, and details). Avataari uses the Gemini API on a paid plan; your content is not used to train Google's models. By using your avatar you also agree to be bound by the Gemini API Terms as they apply to end users.
AI-generated responses are produced automatically and may not always be accurate or complete. They are intended to reflect your stored content and personal style, and should not be relied upon as professional, legal, medical, or financial advice.

Avataari operates on a one-time credit pack model - there are no subscriptions or recurring charges. Pricing and payment terms are clearly communicated before any purchase. You agree to pay all fees associated with your account. Credit packs are non-refundable once purchased and credits are granted immediately. Refund policies will be provided at the time of purchase.
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting your data and never selling your personal information.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may terminate your account at any time. Upon termination, you may export your data within 30 days.
We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for service interruptions or data loss (though we maintain regular backups).
Digital clones are AI-powered and may not perfectly replicate human behaviour or voice. Synthesised voice output may not always sound identical to your natural voice. Neither the text nor voice output of your avatar should be used for medical, legal, or financial advice, or presented as an authoritative record of your actual statements.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Avataari shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
You agree to indemnify and hold Avataari harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.
We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through our platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Victoria, Australia.
